Never go MTN if you want peace.

On 31st of April one of my lines didn't debit and I don't know why because money was there, Paid using EFT payment on 02 April even today it doesn't reflect on my account. Now my account is on arrears. Sent proof of payment and nothing happened. They are telling me they can't into the account because of their new system, which is not showing my details. Today 17 of April I have phoned them they told me my account is with credit managers or what but they can't change my status. They transferred me to that department, I've waited more than an hour with no luck. I will never have another contract with MTN.
