Never go for MTN, if already with them, cancel right away.

I had an MTN contract on the start of Covid in 2022 and I was paying over R200 monthly, this was a 24 month contract and when it was time to cancel they started giving run arounds and ended up billing me over R500 which I then disputed.

Fast forward to 2024, they said I owe then, which I then paid that amount but now they give me run arounds to get a "paid up letter" they keep transferring my call from one department to another. I never spend less that 20 mins when I call them, just to get a simple letter. That time, I am deemed as a bad person to receive loans.
