You guys are a horrible business!! Your customer care is a joke!! Your instore agents know ***ol all the time, always telling me to call customer care. Why is it every month you guys don't want to take your money? Every damn month!!! Telling me it was unsuccessful (without any specific reason). I always have enough funds every month for you guys to debit but you never do. I've never had peace since I took this contract with you guys in Nov 2023!!! By the looks of it, I am never going to have peace. Also, why is my debit now R50 extra?? I did NOT agree to this. FIX THIS ASAP!!!!
