If you have ever had to sequestrate then don't go to MTN for a contract. Miraculously I was able to get 3 contracts with them, but now all of a sudden I have judgements against my name, just according to MTN not according to either Transunion or Experian. I have been asking for answers for over a month now. To date, I have had to repeat myself daily. Had to explain to them the difference between a credit inquiry and a bad debt listing on ITC. They could also not understand as to how I could question their business practices where I have never had a issue to pay them or a problem with my credit limit awarded to me, they can also not do basic math, current credit limit usage R2050 credit limit allocated R8000, All of a sudden now that I am putting up a fight the notice of rehabilitation on my ITC profile is a major problem, I have also been told I was not supposed to get approved for the contracts. They also still cannot understand that a notice of rehabilitation is not an adverse listing. I have had to tell MTN numerous times that I am not willing to do business with a company that cannot even sort out such a small issue within the SLA they specify. Do not get a contract with MTN!!!
