NEVER EVER WILL I USE MTN AGAIN!!!!!

I wish I could have given a lower score. In October 2025 I visited a mtn branch in the Jeffreys Bay mall to arrange cancellation of my contract that expire end December 2025 because I know they always have excuses that we do not cancel in time.

No reference was given they checked the system and confirmed that my Co tract 3xpire end December 2025 and I once again asked them to cancel Contract, so from my side I did what was required.

2 January I noted that another amount was deducted from my account and I requested that the contract be cancelled immediately because it seems the branch did not fulfill my request.

Today 11 February 2026 I am informed I now owe mtn and additional premium.

Please Mr Ferdi Moolman, CEO OF MTN, can you ask these I d I o t s at cancellation department to cancel my contract, I visited 2 stores and sent several emails and no cancellation was done.

Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
