Never ever using mtn again

I wrote a review on the 20th of May 2020 about mtn store in Jabulani mall messing up contract, I got an email response that someone will call me to assist with my issue. I am sad to say that till this day no one has called, my contact has not been fixed but mtn has debited their money without rendering my benefits. I am starting to believe that this was not a mistake but whoever was activating my contract activated their friends or family members number on purpose. My contract hasn't been activated, I have not received any airtime or data since the 6th of May but my account was debited. I will NEVER EVER use or recommend mtn services to anyone. They do NOT care about their customers needs and never take our queries seriously.
