Never Ever take a contract with MTN, once the sale has been done no one cares about you!!!!!!! USELESS doesn't even begin to describe MTN South Africa

I actually didn't want to give them a star but since I could not carry on that's why I gave one star. This is the worst company ever to take a contract with, the call center USELESS it should not even be operational you get no answers from there. My one contract was ending the Retentions department offered another one, since the 27th of September my benefits (old and new contract) have not been loaded, I have been calling and calling. No one to assist hence I say the call center must just close. I JUST WANT TO CANCEL EVERYTHING CAN I BE ASSISTED MTN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
