Never ever ever upgrade

<p>This is my 3rd complaint over the same upgrade. Firstly i received an incomplete package, then secondly i was promised 3 months credit from retentions which took ages to come. These 2 issues were finally solved. Then upon close examination of my invoices, i realised i am being overcharged for my Samsung Galaxy s7 edge upgrade!!</p> <p>I signed up for R649 per month (ref no UV***) for 100 mins 200sms and 500MB data. Now i find out i have been charged R742.01 for April and May. This is not part of the once of upgrade fee. I called 808 (ref ***) and was told there is a 1GB subscription which I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR AND NEVER RECEIVED. So i have been overcharged R742.01 -R649= R93.01 ×2 months =R186.02. Why mtn, why why why. Everything is wrong with this upgrade. 3 problems on the same upgrade??????</p> <p>Please correct and refund me this overcharge (R186.02)</p> <p>Advice to people: Find a better service provider. Mtn is nothing but grief.</p> <p> </p>
