Never ever any stock available!

I would just like to find out something. 2 months ago I inquired about a Samsung Tab S8 Ultra which came with a free charger and earbuds. I waited a month after I ordered to finally be told you NEVER had any stock of this item, yet it's still being advertised in your catalogue, without the free charger and earbuds. So Monday, 6 June 2022, I upgraded to a Samsung S22 Ultra which was supposed to come with a free charger adapter. LOW AND BEHOLD - NO STOCK! Is this a regular thing of advertising items for free to get people to upgrade but then you NEVER receive the free item? We have 9 contracts with you on a personal level. This is not the 1st time its happened, but this time I am not letting this go. I would like the charger as advertised as it's impossible there is no stock available on the 6th day of it being advertised. If you can't assist, please give me the number of someone that can! PS. This is not the consultant's fault who helped me, she went out of her way to assist me. I blame the BIG GUYS for always FALSELY advertising items you don't have!!!
