NEVER EVER AGAIN WOULD I TAKE OUT A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY

OOH MY Goodness I have never worked with a company so ***********, you don't understand it is on another level I asked to cancel my contract 5 months ago after a month or so i finally get a closing balance statement which i go ahead and pay I send through the proof of payment and asked for the contract to be cancelled , they don't debit my account for a month so i take it the contact is finally cancelled, I send an email requesting confirmation of cancelation and i am on then told that this account has not been cancelled OOH MY WORD! I very kindly reply on that email and request cancelation AGAIN I do not hear back form them. last month I went to the store in Centurion I ask what is the status of this account and the lady advised that it is still active and I have credit with them, I told her I did not just put money in this account because I felt like it. I paid all that money and requested for this account to be cancelled that's why I requested for the closing balance! I DO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO TO GET THIS CONTACT CANCELLED HONESTLY I have been to the store they advised there is only so much they can assist with. I have send multiple Emails to the terminations department. customer care and the individuals who have responded to my previous emails but no one is able to assist me I do not know what the problem is I paid what i was advised to pay so why is it so difficult to just get this account cancelled
