Best regards,
The assumption is that it is a MTN cell # - which would work - however the problem with this is that it is a 2G MTN card. Thus I have to disble my cell phone, insert the 2G MTN Sim card dial for the problem - then get MTN to call me back somehow, replace the two SIMS, insert 2G ****le log-on - and hopefully someone calls me back?
Somehow this is unpractical, not seamless or a 1 Stop service. And perhaps there is a bug in the MTN self service application - so we are never going to get there to solve this? Either provide a number I would be able to phone from my cell C phone, free of charge ............., or ...............
........lets get back to basics - pls send me a bill by e-mail at fouriejef***mail.com. ...password protected - same as the other service providers and banks do?
