NEVER ENDING CONTRACT AND EVER FULL MAILBOX
I bought a 2-year contact phone in January 2014, which means my contract expired in December 2015. I have tried to contact mtn telephonically to advise them to close this account, which still baffles me as to how their systems cannot alert them to expired contracts.

The telephonic options are too limited, and there is no option to speak to a consultant anymore. So basically ones hits the wall everytime.

Sending email has also proved useless as I always got an auto response that the email box is full. Now they have charged me R515 for a contract that was supposed to cost R199. By the way, mtn revised this contract upwards by R10 in the middle of the contract.

MTN, CAN YOU PLEASE STOP THIS ACCOUNT! IT GAS EXPIRED!
