NEVER do business with MTN

#MTN must be the WORST service provider in the country today. It is impossible to speak to their cancellations department without hold for an hour or being cut off before getting any response. They are busy debiting my account for a out of term contract that I cannot cancel because I am not getting hold of them. The contract was R299 per month and the last two month I have been debited for around R1200 and R1750. I insisted on a credit and every time I manged to speak to the retentions department they tell me that they will escalate it and call me back. This has now been going on for a month. The last time I manged to speak to someone it was with "Thando"
