My my number has been rica barred and I was told to visit an mtn store with my I.d and proof of residence. When I got to greenstone shopping centre. The first guy on the left refused to assist me and was playing with his Personal phone and was asking his colleagues for otp on a different phone and kept telling me rudely to phone mtn as he cannot assist. And that I should buy a SIM card as it only costs R4. And when I asked him to email mtn for me as in-house he said it would take more than 7 days so I should borrow a mtn line from strangers or buy a sim.asked his colleague to repeat what he said to me like I am some dump child.
