NEVER change to MTN, Never believe their sales persons!!

Worst mistake of my life chancing from vodacom to MTN.

I changed from vodacom to MTN because of network issues. The sales lady left out that if i get R350 a month on topup i cannot convert that money and buy data!!!! Like on vodacom Top UP contracts I use my top up money and buy data. Now i am have a lot of money that i will never use on a 2 year contrat.

And MTN is not like vodacom. You can not lock a querie by simply emailing them it is a hell of a long process. I gave up after my third email adress with a mailer demon.

And my 2 X 40 Gb data contrats is less than my 30 Gb vodacom contract keep on runnig out of data never had that happen on vodacom!!

Never change to MTN
