Never came back to after a dispute was started

After my previous complaints on hellopeter I was told by MTN and by a hellopeter person that MTN will contact me as soon as the original recording becomes available where I telephonically got my contract so they can check if I was indeed given false information causing me to take an incorrect contract with MTN. Because I am still waiting I think it is high time to make the biggest issue and complaint ever seen against MTN. I will share my complaints to Facebook, Instagram, twitter, every social media and broadcast system possible because this is clearly what I have to do just to get fair customer service from MTN.

Review on 5th April 2016 Received incorrect contract

I got a new contract with MTN via telephone January 2016. Upon my request I wanted a small contract of which I can use the airtime I receive for any given purpose like buying data bundles etc. and as well load airtime if needed. So I took the MTN Anytime TopUp 200 contract as the person advised me that this contract works that way. It is a lie and breach in my agreement due to failing fair and honest dealing. After the 30GB expired (added bonus when you take a new contract, expire after 30 days) I soon realized I can't buy data, so I phoned and was explained to that I can't buy anything with the airtime I receive every month, I can only buy data etc. if I upload extra airtime. So why was I **** to that I can do this with my contract but I can't. Further more as soon as I have R40 left the phone says I have insufficient funds to phone, seriously? I did phone to complain and was told that the person responsible and the manager will look into it and I will hear from them not later that 72 hours. They still didn't phone me back so I still have the wrong contract. PS. they can't assist with this problem in store I was there so I have to sit on the phone for hours to get help.
