Never buy MTN cellphone online through Rewardsco

Around April this year, I sent my application online for Iphone 12 256gb which was costing about R 830 p/m online. The sales agent called me in the second week of April. as I was speaking to the agent, I told him that I want an Iphone 12 256 which cost 830p/m, I really thought for a second that the agent was really interested in helping me and not just his own interest. to my surprise, he processed an order for iphone 12 mini, which is not the phone I wanted...

since i didnt not want the phone I returned it on the 19th of April. from that day until today, I am still struggling to cancel my contract.

from the 7th May, I have been told that my contract has been sent for cancellation and the issues will be resolved within 14 days... I followed up with them after 14 days, still the contract has not yet been cancelled. I have been calling the since and they are busy selling me their lies in the name of " the matter has been escalated". i have been told that statement for over 3 times...

right now as i type this massage, I have paid two debit orders, for a cellphone which I do not even own, which I dont even have..
