Never apply for a contract online!

I made an online application for sim contract of R199 and later found out that I was billed for two f which I didn't agree to. The customer care transfered to the ***** department and I had to go to the police station for an affidavit and send it to them, then later told I was to wait 21 days for an investigation and then called again and I'm now given a run out. Mind you I'm debited monthly for amounts I hadn't agreed to and last month alone I was debited R700. How did R199 end up being R700? I'm very upset. This is now the third month, still making calls and explaining the same story to different consultants who promise to have the matter resolved and then disappear.
