NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
I have been calling the Century City store for a week now and nobody ever answers the phone ever. I am in Johannesburg and cannot travel to Cape Town to request documents. This is insane. I checked on other websites and everyone is complaining about the same thing. You must fire all the staff because this is another level of incompetence!!!
