NEVER ANSWER CALLS OR RETURN CALLS FAULTY PHONES

I renewed my contract and asked for a virtually indestructible phone, we were assured that the CAT phone is THE best on the market, it worked for about 2 months and now it won't do anything, i have tried calling the customer care line but it never works, we have left messages which are never returned, we have emailed a number of email adresses on their website with no answer. We now have 2 phones fomr them, a blackberry which also doesn't work and a CAT phone which hasnt worked for almost 3 months now, it has taking me this to give them a chance to respond but stil NOTHING. They must send a courier to collect both phones and get them either fixed or replaced. But if they fix them they must make sure they are in fact FIXED, and WORKING.<br> And they need to call me on the number below becasue the other number HAS NO PHONE!!!
