Never answer calls

Every time I try to call MTN stores, e.g, Tygervalley, Zevenwacht mall (Especially) and Canal walk MTN stores. The phone just rings! I am lucky if I get through to them within the day, otherwise I just go in personally.

It can be that the number changed and not updated on the network.
