NEVER AGAIN MTN

All these years i had a contract with MTN. Just after covid they decided to increase my monthly payments annually when i was only bound to the original contract. My Recent contract i took out in January 2022 and decided i do not need another phone. MTN then decided to deduct a cancellation charge which to the customer service is due to me cancelling my contract early. When i question by saying my contract ends January month, the customer care lady cannot help me further. MTN in store cannot assist as well. This is a ******* MTN. I am ANGRY!!!
