never again

i took a 24 months cell phone contract with mtn of which i paid before the term expired and asked them to close the account, to my surprise in May and June they deducted money that i was not aware of and i had to reverse those amount and that was unnecessary charges on my side. now i am getting phone calls at odd hours from their legal department. i have sent emails and no one has come back to me. the last person i spoke to Zodwa told me she cant help cos my account has been handed over..
