Network Tower

I recently just purchased an mtn home router but since I connect that router it hasn’t worked always says no internet connection, I’ve contacted mtn champions they gave me options but still there is no internet mtnZA is failing us. The tower in our area is still not properly functioning. I mean we haven’t enjoyed it because network sucks big time and of which that is not acceptable. Here is my co-ordinates 25,35322° S, 27,27317° E And the tower is less than a kilo away from my location
