Network suspension and no action from mtn

My contact sim was suspended i was owing R2400 I made a payment towards the outstanding but to my surprise they didnt open my network. Called back it was not opened because there was a order open but it was not closed so they gave me a case number BO*** saying in 48hrs it will be done that was now on Friday 27 june. Then after the 48hrs wen i send a email following up they just closed the case without solving the issue. Today its Wednesday 2June still my network is suspended. What a disappointment from the mtn support team
