Network Problems

if I could give MTN a -5 star rating I would, poor poor poor very poor network, yesterday I bought R100 airtime to buy the 2gig data bundle for a week that costs R99 when I try to buy the bundle it says you have insufficient funds to do the request, then I buy another R12 it does the same then a buy a R7 to cover up again it says the same, then I buy another R1 and still does the same(insufficient funds) then I call the call center 4 times to ask they give me the same story switch off your phone take out the sim card and give it 5 min but still no luck after the 5th attempt that when the operator involved the technical team only then they could manage to allocate the airtime correctly for me to buy the data bundle that was already to late seeing that I had to submit a report to my boss before 12:00 noon, now it looks like i'm *********** because I cannot deliver on time. Thanks to MTN I had wasted a lot of money on airtime that I did not need. money down the drain.
