Network off for 3 weeks

I have never received worse service in my life!!! I've been sitting without network for my contract phone from the 20/08/24, it's the 03/09/24 today. Between being transferred from pillar to post.. going to 3 different mtn stores and not one person can tell me what the actual problem is and what needs to be some to fix it. All I hear is "everything seems fine on our side" and that's it. I've been told you need to Rica you sim.. done that, than your suspensed your number ma'am _Which was completely wild to me! Given the information I provided countless times of what is happening to my ohone. One would really think you speaking to individuals who are very poorly trained. It just beyond me how no one can advice me of what the actual problem is and what I need to do!
