Network issues with no solution

I am so frustrated. We are sitting with network issues for about three weeks now in Reiger Park and I have been calling for as long with no joy. Apparently the tower has been vandalized and they are WORKING on it but with no turn around time(excuse I get every time). How long should we be running around trying to find stable signal? Some of us are still working from home.
