Network issues

MTN is the most frustrating network provider! Its been over 3 days not being able to make calls! I called over 3 times try to get assistance on my line which is a additional line! I understand the verification process for ***** purposes but I explained to the agent that I am unable to make nor send SMS’s and if there’s anyway the main account holder can contact! And I was not assisted! Its very disappointing to know that the call center agents cannot do basic troubleshooting to sync into the network or go an extra mile for their users! I am frustrated and annoyed at the level of service I receive! Can I get assistance with my line! I cannot make calls or send SMS! Though I can receive calls!
