NETWORK ISSUES
To whom it may concern...<br> <br> I have been experiencing countless network problems in my neighbourhood for the last 2 weeks, whereby the signal strength Is pathetic rather disgusting from a network company such as you guys I mean like how can I go from 4G to edge In a matter of 1 minute. I work for a research and development company in the cellphones sector I will make it my duty to assess my phone as this signal issue is causing my network adapter/card to work overtime as it's constantly searching for better strength and if by any chance I get that your NETWORK!! is affecting the life span of my device I will get my whole neighbourhood to sign a petition about this and hold mtn liable for this. <br> <br> I do hope this will be forwarded to the relevant people and escalated further then the person who copies a apologetic message for me in that complaints department/call centre.<br> <br>
