Network issue

It is so sad that you would think mtn is getting better at they service and than boom your network is no where to found and they respond to you when you complain ,they tell you nothing is wrong with the tower ,as an mtn customer what do you do I mean no network .If you like to get it it's for 1 half not more then that.I have been experiencing such bad network service with mtn for the past month .Calling mtn is a hustle it's self and when you do get through to mtn agents you are being told its due to loads heading,hello our government has been cutting our electricity who is not aware of that ,so any other times when we had loadshedding well we never had break from laodsheding as much I remember when my network was good what was making be good because as much as im aware we are still on loadshedding .I'm so unhappy as a network service provider what are you'll doing to keep customers happy nothing...nothing .
