Network downtime

On the 6th of November 2021, l sent through a complaint to their network, reporting an intermittent network signal that have been receiving for almost two years now. My reference number is ***.

Our concern is that time and again we are left without a network, for half a day or even beyond that. MTN network always goes off with loadshedding, of which that shouldn't be the case, unless if your towers don't have backup batteries.

We are slowly but moving to 4th industrial revolution, whereby everything is done digitally. So when their network is down, we can't transact hence some of bank accounts are linked to our MTN numbers.

This totally unacceptable to receive such a service from the company of this magnitude. So we are pleading with MTN to solve this ongoing problem in this area. If needs be, please upgrade your infrastructure in this area.
