Network Coverage so Poor : Mtn

I’m unhappy witth the service getting from Mtn this is my second year using Mtn Contract,I’ve been complaining of the issue of my phone not picking up network where am staying for a week now and I must for the coverage people since they not working today to check for me tomorrow which is unacceptable, why should I be going to town pta cbd for my phone to pick up on network and am back at home suddenly issues with the network,am even thinking of cancelling the contract ,when it’s time for payment Mtn only interested in getting their payment but I mean a week not being able using my phone ,m also using Vodacom and no issues at all which proves that Mtn the weakest of all the networks,I’ve tried all those that they say should reset my phone and within n hour all to go but it’s been a week and this is the second time with the same issue of a phone been not on network for a week,I also use my phone for work purposes ,it breaks my heart that paying Mtn but zil results of getting assistance .
