Network Coverage problems for a whole year

MTN network is really bad. I have a contract with you guys and I can never use my phone for anything because of network. I have sent numerous emails complaining about network coverage and they always tell me “ Kindly be advised that all services have been fully restored , serving tower is performing at 100% availability on all technologies”. We are unable to work or do any school work.

When will MTN fix their network coverage? It is now a norm that through the day we won’t be having network. We can’t even answer calls or call anyone.

I am so disappointed with MTN. At this point I feel you don’t care about your customers.
