Network coverage poor

I've recently joined Afrihost for LTE connection last week Tuesday and received my MTN sim on Thursday. After connecting to the service, I've struggled to connect to a strong signal. I've been in contact with Afrihost for the passed 3 days to resolve the issue but nothing seems to be improving. I can't stream without it buffering. It's really frustrating and would like to directly find out from the network provider if there is any issues I should know of.
