Network coverage

While reporting network coverage in the Hillside Randfontein area, the Network coverage centre informs me that the tower has been completely down for 12 days. She will escalate the querie. No feedback is possible because they can't make outgoing calls. How is this for service. Report the problem and pray that something will be done. Thanks MTN. Definitely not service champions as claimed.
