Network coverage

I have an mtn data sim from work for working from home. I have a serious network coverage, om un ble to access the internet. I have called in the consultant advised she will send me settings but the signal is poor. I logged a coverage query ref:#*** in still waiting for feedback. I need urgent assistance as this is affecting my work.
