I have a contract with mtn and I wanted to cancel because it is expensive. When I went to one of their outlets in Knowles Spar Pinetown a lady told me before I can cancel I need to pay R745. This was on the 4th of March. Today is 6 March when I called to cancel I spoke to Lungelo and he told me on the 15 they will deduct again, so this means I'm only paying for 10 days. What is the point of calling and canceling if they will still deduct?
