MTN provided a usually exceptional service. I used to be able to contact them if there was a problem. They used to be helpful in providing a solution. This is fast deteriorating. Our MTN network for cellphone coverage and data in the Roodeplaat area near Pretoria, has fallen flat on it's face. Calling 135, no longer gives you the zero option to speak to a consultant. If you do manage to get one by pressing the unauthorized zero, you are asked to call their network department, who off course, are not available accept during the day. I am hugely disappointing in a service I used to have high regard for.
