I got a phone call on Friday from head office saying the package I am on is being done away with and I need to migrate to a something else. I was told I would get more data, more airtime etc. for an extra R27.00. So I say okay if I have to do this I suppose I have to. So I agree. All the person did was move all my data to airtime. Trying to get hold of head office telephonically is a joke. Went into a MYN shop now and I was told that they moved all my data to airtime. In this day and age why would anyone do this. So I was **** to for whatever reason. I need to be moved back to my original package otherwise I will be cancelling my contract and tell everyone not to use MTN because of their *********ness. Shocking experience
