NEGLECTION OF SERVICE!

On this 4th of March 2016 I took my G3 device to the MTN branch at the Kolonade. The assistant told me that it will take two weeks for reparation.
Today after nearly a month I went to the branch to enquiry about the status of the reparation of the device? Then I have to hear that they are waiting for repairs to exchange the device. I asked the assistant how long is that going to take, he said he doesn't know! This is unacceptable for me...each and every month on the 1st of the month MTN gets their money on time, but for the past month I wasn't able to use the device, that I paid, and it doesn't seems that I will be able to use the divice, in the next month aswell!

I would really like to know how long can it take to exchange a device?
Hello tienie131,

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

We appreciate that you have made us aware of the issues.

Unfortunately, the IMEI number and Job Card number have been left out of your post which does delay the resolution time. In order for our technical team to investigate and resolve this matter, we do require the IMEI or job card number.

Alternatively contact the repair center directly on *** (free from mtn sim card) you will required to have the IMEI or JOB number at hand when calling the repair center.
