Negative star rating!

The communication from MTN is probably the worst across all SA networks. I made a payout from MoMo to my bank account on 15/09/2023. Today is the 05/10/2023 and the money still hasn't reflected. I've more than triple checked that the account number is the correct one and MTN consultants are just giving me a back and forth. No one is telling me where my money went. Argh, nonsense!
