I have a cell phone contract with MTN, last month I did not pay And my services were suspended so I called and made an arrangement to pay the outstanding month end.On 26th I went in store and pay and today they deducted more the what’s due to them,I called few minutes ago and they telling me to wait for 48hrs not for the refund but for the status of the refund,which is not fair because my money was deducted without any communications with me and now I have to wait when they can just refund me.
