Need to have my lines reconnected and no call cent

I have had my lines disconnected due to non payment also got an sms to say all service in and outgoing will be cut.<br> <br> I make a payment today and phone the call centre to reconnect my services only to find there are no operators <br> <br> HOW THE HELL MUST I GET MY LINES UP FOR MY BUSINESS<br> <br>
