Need something done

I would like to share my utter disgust with MTN. My mom took an upgrade in 2023 and from there she has had endless problems with them. She took the option of package for R259 then she was charged over R500 which was NOT correct and this occurred over a few months. The correct package was eventually amended. All of a sudden again she is being charged of R500. She has emailed several times, made calls to the call centre and has even gone to the Clearwater to have this sorted. This has even caused health issues with all the stresses that has caused to her. Her cell phone is suspended due to this and its just NOT ON!!!! This matter has to NOW be sorted and if Not then will take this matter even higher. The account details are: AO309882.
