Need Settlement letter
I have paid up my Mtn account and require a settlement letter that's all and MTN is giving me the run around just to get my settlement letter. Its been over 4 weeks now and not reply. I cant call be cause legal doesn't have a number, I have gone to MTN shop they can not help and said they will send email to legal so they did with a promise for Legal to call me 4 weeks later an still no phone call. All I need is a settlement letter.<br>
