Need Clearity

Hello, on the 25th August 2026 I called MTN requesting for my Balance as I want to pay of my 2 contracts, i was given an amount of R11990.51 and 7 days to pay it off, sadly I received the money on the 7th day late at night and when I went to the store the following day i was told the cancellation department closes at 5pm and I need to call them the following day at 8. I called and was given an amount of R17k I then asked why did it move from R11k to R17k and they said that is the amount I should pay. I requested that they need to listen to the recording and they said they will open am investigation and come back to me. Today 08/09/2026 I get an email from Trinisha saying the agent that quoted you does not fall on their space. NB I have the recording of the conversations I had with all the agents including Trinisha.
