Need answers
<p>on Sunday I received a call from someone claiming to be calling from mtn that I qualify for a phone but I noticed it was **** I immediately called mtn to let them know not to allow a sim swap on my phone I was assured that my number will be put on watchlist which I later confirmed that it was done. Today supringly I got an SMS for sim swap request I sent an SMS saying NO but was shocked to see my phone with no service!! I need answers on how a swap was processed while I called and I was assured it won't go through because it was put on watchlist, need answers why it was done while I rep**** NO to the SMS request. My bank account was hacked because of this. Am now afraid to use my MTN number. </p> <p> </p> <p>MTN can I please have answers </p>
