Need a refund from double debit.

On the 23 Dec 2024 l transfered one of my contracts to my son's account. On 5Jan 2025 MTN debited money from his account and the same amount was debited from my account on the 15Jan 2025. I went to Newcastle Mall MTN branch for the refund the consultant could not assist me.
