Nashua hardware charges lumped to my new contract

My Nashua Mobile contract was ceded to MTN as part of the Nashua Mobile sale. This was confirmed in a notification received 1 October 2014. In January 2015, MTN informed me that I qualified for an upgrade on both my contracts which I duly proceeded with after clarifying all the related costs. After I queried the additional hardware costs appearing on my last invoice, I was shocked when informed that this was due to the Nashua Mobile contract still having to run a few months until the full 24 months expired.

1. The MTN sales representative did not disclose this when I app**** for the upgrade
2. The new contract does not disclose that there were still hardware charges from Nashua Mobile
3. How could MTN advise me that I qualified for the upgrade when the previous was still in effect

This is unacceptable as MTN should have disclosed that this was the case. I would have decided to delay the upgrade until the previous one expired. Now they want me to pay the additional hardware costs. Ridiculous!
